What are you means “Copybot drama”?

We have in mind cases where a person makes a scandal because he thinks that the Sacrarium distributes a copyobot.

1.This person is not the copyright holder.

2.This person is not a representative of the law.

3.This person has no proof that this object is a copybot.

4.This person only pretends that he is a supporter of the law, in fact, only in order to spoil the reputation of the grid and make a scandal.

There is nothing, only copybot drama.

Hey! I see a lot of copybot here! Why you don’t delete it from grid and from inventory data base? 

There is no evidence that anything is a copybot. By evidence we mean a document that can be presented in court. We need a DMCA from real rights holder to delete this stuff from inventory of our users. Because If we do this without legal grounds, we will violate the law and users can sue us. You must understand that the laws in our country are very different from the laws of EU and the US. The law in our country is the most severe in relation to arbitrariness and involves heavy sanctions. 

To blame anyone for anything, it's not enough just to say "I know, they have a chemical weapon! There is test tube", “I know #russiandidit, I saw it in Facebook” or “this guy was harassment me 54 years ago! Look at my honest eyes!”. No, we are not in US and it is not enough. We need more serious evidence.

If you really have evidence and want to remove some items from our grid, then we have a procedure for this. You need provide us follow representatives:

1. Identify the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed upon;

2. Identify the content on the Sacrarium grid that you claim is infringing, with enough detail so that we may locate it ;

3. A statement by you that you have good reason that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

4. A statement by you declaring (a) the above information in your Notice is accurate, and (b) that you are the owner of the copyright interest involved or that you are authorised to act on behalf of that owner;

5. Your address, telephone number, and email address; and

6. Your physical or internet/electronic signature.

And we remove that content from Sacrarium grid. As you see it is simple. No need drama.

We request your hamster's mail because Sacrarium does not store, process or transmit personal information to third parties. The only information we use is your hamster's email. If you forget your password, ask your hamster to request a new password using his email.

If you still do not have own hamster, then we recommend that you go to the nearest pet store and buy yourself a hamster. Help your hamster to register mail and fill this field when registering on Sacrarium. If you are allergic to hamsters, then you can buy a toy hamster. The legislation of the EU does not provide for special conditions for storing email addresses of hamsters, including toy ones.

We must warn you about the responsibility for false information. If we become aware that you are using an EU citizen mail, or mail other pets, then your account will be immediately deleted. Personal data of EU citizens are not accepted for processing in the Sacrarium. HAMSTERS ONLY!
